to rinse it, I recommend soaking it in ice chilly water for a complete 5 minutes, then draining pretty nicely in a very fantastic mesh sieve. .next time for my desire id do rather less chili to be able to flavor the crab a bit a lot more ..cleaned up the shells and utilized them for the bowels ..
